“Srpska Open 2023” is an ATP tournament from the 250 series, which, after two consecutive years of being held in Belgrade, is moving this year to the beautiful town on the river Vrbas – Banjaluka.

The importance of this tournament, the excellent organization, and the conditions for practice and competition were recognized by the biggest names in the world of tennis, such as Novak Djokovic, Andrey Rublev, Dominic Thiem, Karen Khachanov, Gaël Monfils, Fabio Fognini, Matteo Berrettini, and many others, who delighted the audience with their game both on small screens and on clay courts in Belgrade.

Since Banjaluka has been successfully hosting the ATP Challenger for 20 years and has a long tennis tradition, it represents an ideal location for organizing such an important sporting event. Holding the tournament “Srpska Open 2023”, from 16-23. April is an opportunity for this spring in Banjaluka to, once again, be all about tennis, making Banjaluka the center of Europe, where all tennis fans from around the world will be able to enjoy the spectacular matches of world-renowned tennis players.

The singles main draw will include 28 players, three of whom will receive a wild card, whereas four tennis players will secure participation through the qualifying part of the tournament, held on the 16th and 17th of April.

The singles main draw will also include 19 players based on their ATP ranking, while 16 pairs of players will compete in the doubles competition.

“Srpska Open 2023” tennis tournament will be held in one of the most beautiful locations in Banjaluka – on the tennis courts of the Tennis Association of the Republic of Srpska within the spacious park Dr Mladen Stojanovic.

Besides nine existing tennis courts for practice and matches, which will be completely reconstructed, a completely new central stadium with more than 6,000 seats will be built within the complex itself, while the total capacity on all courts will be almost 10,000 seats.

Tournament participants will be provided with the best possible conditions for practice, competition and rest. Along with completely reconstructed courts for matches and practice, the players will also have at their disposal a modernly equipped gym, a room for physical therapy and massage, as well as a rest area (Player Lounge) with complete service.

In addition, the entire tournament will be enriched with a large FAN zone where all tennis enthusiasts will have the opportunity to make quality use of their free time between matches, shop souvenirs, and participate in various activities that will be organized. Besides all the activations that will be available to the public, the biggest fans will be able to hang out, take pictures and meet their tennis idols, as well as to follow their practice sessions.
