Banjaluka audience supports all tennis players but they hold a special place in their heart for the best
tennis player in the world. The stands of the Centre Court were jam-packed yesterday and spectators
did their best to show their love for Novak Djokovic. Several banners with slogans caught special
attention, one of them from the Novak Djokovic Fan Club founded by Silvina Fuenes from Argentina who
travelled to Republika Srpska for this occasion.
However, it seems that the arrival of the best Serbian tennis player brought special joy to the youngest
and the oldest citizens of Banjaluka. One of the slogans said, ‘Nole, you have given this great-
grandmother new lease of life!’.
On the other hand, children had their own wishes and one of their banners said, ‘Nole, can you give me
an autograph, please’.
In addition, there were several banners with slogans commenting on career highlights of the world No.
1, with a clear message, ‘The best of all time (G.O.A.T)’.
