Novak Đoković and Andrey Rublev are standing in different parts of the draw. However, the winner of the Monte Carlo tennis Masters commented on their possible encounter in the Srpska Open final, which would be a spectacle.
“I’m aware of huge support Novak Đoković enjoys in Banjaluka but I would like to play against Novak in the final and win. However, there are a lot of good tennis players at this tournament and I lost to some of them in the past. It’s too early to discuss our possible duel. Take Wawrinka’s example. He is a real champion and he won the first set but the young Frenchman managed to turn the match around. He played well and defeated the Swiss in the end”, Rublev concluded.
